As a stationary addict, I love sending and receiving simple notes that show that I am appreciated. I generated more business from sending thank-you cards than any other activity. I prefer to send personalized mail outs to my clients on a regular than sending out generic post cards. Touching base by a hand written note is one of the gratifying elements of communication a client can receive.
